The fire pit is lit at dusk and shut down at 10 PM sharp, in season only. Camden’s town noise ordinance is 10 PM, and Camden Windward House strictly follows those guidelines.

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your stay and receive a refund of your deposit minus a $25 transaction fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your stay are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are also not eligible for a refund.

Is an advance deposit required?

Yes. A deposit equal to one night’s stay or 50% of the total reservation, whichever is greater, is due at the time of booking per room reserved. The deposit is applied to your stay, and the remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Is there a minimum age to make a reservation?

Yes. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. A valid photo ID and credit card are required to hold the room.
